    DISHA

    Walked down the lanes
    Dawn to dusk
    For once she prayed
    Just like every other day
    Light dimmed down
    And the night stood froze
Rays of hope were all wiped out
    Trembled in fear and
    Begged for her life
Left her last breath in the,
Hands of demons disguised as men
    Nobody hears her screaming
    The tears from her eyes
    Dried up by the fire
And all the wishes her parents have,
    Later turned into ashes
    If anything she craved
In her life is to get freedom...
    Freedom to roam around,
    Without any fear,
    Freedom to express herself.
    Alas! It never happens!!!
