Stop smoking!
This bad habit cause for nothing.

Did you all know it's cancer causing,
Nicotine-- it contain;
The additive drug you should blame.
If you are one, start to quit now and save your lung.

Fruits, veggies and exercise,
Start everyday healthy lifestyle.
It's not too late to relinquish puffing,
Healthy breathing means happy living.
