Entangled by the hurdles,
Struggling to survive,
Sometimes losing hope,
Finding it difficult to abide,
But seeing the birds chirping
Even on a day without sunshine,
Flying up above in the sky
To reach their destination
Regardless of the smog
Or the chilly wind blowing by,
Makes me realise,
The best thing to do,
Is believing in yourself more than the fear of failure,
Regardless of what the future might hold,
Focusing just on creating one's own destiny as the heart desires,
By striving every moment,
With the hope of a life filled with just sunshine and rainbows,
Without giving up on the dream of a beautiful life.
