    Walking straight
As bright headlamps pierce my eyes
And just for once I am
Not afraid that they would hit me...
    I dont care.
As my arms feel the pulsing of my blood
    Urging to set it free
    To let it out
    And I...trying to hold on
    Because people will notice.
    But maybe they won't....
But I cant take the chance-
I dont have a reason to give
When I sweat from the heat of the sun
But I still wear long sleeves.

    I feel myself scream
    But my mouth is closed
And as we reach the stand
    And ask for our usuals...
Mine, a Rose Gola with Malai-
Like the blood that would flow over my skin
    I click a picture of
The two people who unknowingly save
    My life
And give me the strength to hold on
Like my gola that never breaks apart.
    And as the sun melts
    Into the building tops,
    My world grows brighter
    My world grows sweeter
And I get a grip on myself
    As I savoured my Gola.

    My imperfect gola
The stick was not straight like it usually was
But it meant more than life
    Because it held my life.
    Because it meant the world.
I didnt want it to end
    But Alas! The ice broke
    Leaving the stick bare naked
In the little pool of deep red
    And then there was night...
    And there I was...
    Walking straight
As bright headlamps pierce my eyes
And just for once I am
Not afraid that they would hit me...
    I dont care.
