    DEPRESSION
    You can be happy but depressed inside. Feeling blank, helplessness , hopelessness , worthlessness and unwillingness to do anything are signs that you are exhausted now. You feel tired and there is a lack of energy and zeal. You have a hard time focusing, remembering details, and making decisions.You can’t sleep or you sleep too much almost every day.You think often about death or suicide.

    A lot of teenagers feel unhappy or moody. However, when the sadness lasts for more than 2 weeks and a teen has other symptoms of depression, then he may have a problem.



    How to resolve?
    # Changing your lifestyle can have a big effect on your mind.

    # Stay with positive people.

    # Avoid dwelling on your past.

    # Eat healthy food, wear bright coloured clothes like yellow, blue , white( avoid red)

    # Yoga and meditation can be a great help.

    # Talk to people you trust.

    # Smile, even when you are not genuinely happy.
