The sun set in a ray purple
And she searched within the whites
    A moment she turned grey
    Another, eyes in green
    Sometimes puffed in red
And all in a shade of blue.
Then she sought a little deeper
    Finding sunshine yellows
    Of smiles turning pink
    And moments in joyful orange
But all in time's vicious game.
    She turned herself away
    To ink with grace
    A dream joyous alone.
And play again in the round of time.
