When do i need to check myself for toxicity?
1. I have become increasingly negative about my future.
2. I blame it all on my past, my ex, my family, my environment.
3. I make promises but break them as soon as it gets a little inconvenient.
4. I simply can't agree to people's opinions on anything.
5. I don't see a fault in myself.
6. I feel guilty for small things and then shut myself out from everyone.
7. I constantly speak ill of myself as a defense mechanism.
8. I am obsessed with someone who clearly doesn't want me.
9. I cross others' boundaries to make myself comfortable.
10. I just generally feel no one deserves me or I don't deserve anyone.
