I didn't promise to save all the sinking souls. Not even once it occurred to me to grab their hands; let the sea elope them, i was there only to watch the sunset. But as the sun faded and the darkness expanded my horizon, a brutal pain grew in my bosom; and i knew i couldn't let them drown. I fought the violent waves and made my way to the calling of the sinking souls; I clutched my soul to their finger tips and let myself become their last hope. I pulled at once, but sank more; i kept pulling till i drowned and hit the bottom. And now i worry, who will save the sinking souls?
