We met , we talked
Then you said you love me
I ran knowing you didn't expect
Me to love you
You thought I ran away from you
What if I told you
I was running away from me ,
The fears ruling me
I know love is beautiful
But what about the scars it lead to


I opened my eyes
To the sky full of stars
Felt a warmth from a side
So I turned to see
It was you holding my hand
There was peace and trust
Love and us
For the voids of my heart
Time flew as we talked about life
With another blink
I suprisingly woke to sunlight
Realised it was just a dream


All I knew was
I wanted to love the way you did
A permanent escape from the fears
Is this truly me
Or your love trying to free me
What if the dream came true
I asked
There was a silence
Similar to the one I felt in my dream
Is it peace
