It's not easy, to return to the origin now note that it's not impossible as well. Your core is hidden beneath layers of pain and suffering and every layer to uncover will scare you to death because it's denying a reality that you thought existed but was just a lie. It's uncovering those insecurities that you have managed to coat and polish well with distractions. It's rediscovering a part of you that's completely unknown to you?? Almost as if you have come a along way and when you finally rediscover it, you don't know what to do with it anymore. It's scary because it's uncertain, unfamiliar and unknown. Yes, you have found a piece of yourself that you had lost but you don't know where that fits in your life anymore. You don't know how to use it. But it's okay. Be patient with yourself. Let that unfamiliar part of you be silent for a while until you learn to be comfortable with it. You don't have to figure out everything in one go. Observe that part, what it wants, when does it bother you to pay attention. And then slowly start using that part of yourself where it gets comfortable, where it's needed.
Notice when it wants to come out. Eventually with every layer you uncover, you will dwell in unknown territory. You don't know what to do with it. Just keep it along, don't cover it up again. You'll know when to use it when the time comes
