    Always believe in yourself and never let the negativity overpower you. Be confident.
    You have every right to feel the way you do.
    Your feelings may not always be logical but they are valid. Because when you feel something, you feel it and it is real to you. It's not something that you can just ignore or wish away.
    It's there, gnawing at you, tugging at the core, and in order of find peace, you have to give yourself permission to feel whatever is in your heart.
    You gotta let go what you "should" and you "shouldn't" feel.
    You have to drown out the voices of people who shame you into silence.
    Listen to the sound of your breathing and honour the truth inside you. Coz' despite what you mean believe you don't need anyone's validation or approval to feel what you feel.
    Your feelings are inherently right true in they're yours to be expressed.
    They are very important and matter-YOU MATTER - and it is more than important to feel your heart.
    Don't let anyone including yourself, convince you otherwise.
