    Bubble

Sometimes I feel like a bubble
Shimmering colours and the world reflected
    Floating on air
Sometimes I feel like a bubble blown by a child
Innocent laughter springing up out of their joyful mouths
    The sight of a bubble
    Gives smiles of happier
    Simpler times
Sometimes I feel like a bubble
I wish I could fly away like one
Drift off and it would be called beautiful
Have you seen bubbles in ice weather?
Cos I have seen the crystals form their shape held
    Delicate and intricate
One never the same as another
I believe in God especially during those times
    Maybe even mother nature
Sometimes I feel like a bubble
    While pretty
    They are hollow
Filled with carbon dioxide a little else
    From someone else's breath
Sometimes I feel like a bubble
    Waiting to pop
Maybe I can't handle the world
    Those are my bubbly thoughts
Sometime I feel like a bubble
The only thing I leave behind
The detergent or soap used to make me
Sometimes I feel like a bubble
Today is one of those days
Where I wish I could fly away
