In a world where colours are scorned,
I am Black.
Where my brothers rot in deaths' clutches disguised as prisons,
I am still Black.
A place where my sisters regardless of their strengths are considered the minority,
I will forever be Black.
I am not African-american,
I am just Black.
Black, as my ancestorship will always remain a beautiful mystery.
Black,with hair that defies gravity.
Black, because I will always be stronger.
Black is not poison.
Black is not cancer.
The "B" in Black is for Beauty.
Beauty in strength.
I am Black and I do not apologize for it.
I am Black, always and forever.
