I planted seeds of love, on a warm, sunny day
With tender care, and resilient roots, they burrowed in to stay
The blooms were that of which poets dream, a masterpiece unveiled
The constant nurturing, and soothing words, alone, have never failed
I wrap my arms so tightly, to embrace this inner peace, in a world of
such uncertainty, my heart's compassion, a sweet release
These seeds of love, were sprouting, acceptance and forgiveness
Lord, change our hearts, and change our minds, put an end to all this madness
