Sinking in the darkness under the ray of light,
Belittling someone else to be in spot nowadays is alright.
We are clapping for those staying across the walls,
We laugh shamelessly when the close ones fall.
How deep the feet have been in the mud we aren't aware of,
In high tide even the sand doesn't feel good and soft.
The ones who stayed aren't also blamed for staying,
Everyone promises things will stay same, just saying.
