I Want To Be !
Like a solitary boat in the middle of sea,
I'm helplessly stuck yet thoroughly free.
Away from the dwellings of your scent,
A merry song instead of being a lament .
I want to be all I couldn't be ,
Just for the sake of you and me .
Either a mountain smiling with glee ,
Or just a frail lushly tree.
I want to be nothing for once ,
A booty without bunce.
Neither a loose word to be phrased ,
Nor the beauty to be praised,
Neither the poem guilty of your pain,
Nor the stain of your fantasy's rain.
Spilt ink rather than scribbled page,
Nor the dying rose in archive's cage
No one to be keen in my being ,
No one to be left behind for fleeing.
Just me and my touch,
A little girl not offering much.
An unchained soul sans root ,
A Gallant flame which doesn't scoot.
I want to be ,
A heart without you,
The sky willingly blue !
