This document is published in accordance with the provision of Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011, that requires publishing of the rules and regulations, privacy policy, and user agreement for access or usage of intermediary’s computer resource (www.mirakee.com website and/ or mirakee mobile application) by any person.

The domain name www.mirakee.com (hereinafter referred to as “Website”) and the mobile application Mirakee (hereinafter referred to as “Application”) are owned and operated by Raviga Apps Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 (hereinafter referred to as “Mirakee”).

The term “We”, “Us”, “Our” shall mean Mirakee. The term “You”, “User” shall mean any natural or legal person who is accessing the Website and/or Application either Registered or non-registered.

By accessing or using the Website and/or Application and any service (hereinafter individually or collectively referred to as “Services”), You agree to be bound by this privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as "Privacy Policy"). You are suggested to go through these policies before using Mirakee. By accessing or using the Services, You shall be contracting with Mirakee and this Privacy Policy will constitute Your legal rights and obligations. If You do not agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy, do not access the Services.

This Policy is updated on 22 April 2019 and Mirakee may at its sole discretion change the products and services available through this Website and/or Application from time to time.

Information we collect

  • Your username and e-mail address when You register for a Mirakee account.
  • Profile information that You provide for Your user profile (e.g. picture, bio, website). This information allows us to help You or others be "found" on Mirakee.
  • User Content (e.g., posts, comments, and other materials) that You post to the Service.
  • Communications between You and Mirakee. For example, we may send You Service-related emails (e.g., changes/updates to features of the Service, technical and security notices). Note that You may not opt out of Service-related e-mails.
  • "Cookies" are small identifiers sent from a web server and stored on Your computer's hard drive, that help us to recognize You if You visit Our website again. Our Site uses cookies to track how You found Our site. To protect Your privacy, we do not use cookies to store or transmit any personal information about You on the Internet. Your privacy settings may also be affected by changes the social media services you connect to Mirakee make to their services. We are not responsible for the functionality, privacy, or security measures of any other organization.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

The provisions of this Privacy Policy are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi, India.

SEVERABILITY

The provisions contained in this Privacy Policy are enforceable independent of each other. If any provision is determined by the competent court to be unenforceable, the other provisions will continue in effect.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

  • This Privacy Policy is effective as of 22 April 2019 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in future. The changes to the provisions of this Privacy Policy will come in effect immediately after being posted on this Site. We may change our Privacy Policy from time to time. If we do, we will update this Privacy Policy on our website which will bind to you as and when updated.
  • Your continued use of the service after we post any modifications to the Privacy Policy on the Site will constitute your acknowledgement of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy.
