Everything will be ok
As I say take some time to see inside ourselves, in our minds because most of the times it talking to us and we don't even know what's is going inside we just react according ouer thoughts, so taking some time and re master ouer mind for a peaceful place because all the time we just want to get high and high use to our mind and we unconsciously talking something negative with our self, and slowly we loose balance between being mindful and we end up with hurting our self, and that's way I think we all need to take care of our minds and our souls, that gives us a feeling of being a human. If any one of one from us feel low about anything please make sure to share it with your best friend or anyone you know them. Don't be afraid to being judged. I don't, I understand that may be that person don't solve the problem but if you say it to someone it's easy to get out from the low times, I want all of us take care of ourselves and take care of each other's. In my prospective I felt if we do that much we create a peaceful and positive environment for our world. In last please go gentle on ouerself. Wish all of you a peaceful time and good health. Naver rude on the other person

You again back on track
Once you decide to walk alone you do it well, all things going wright, you find yourself more clearly. But suddenly You see someone and you take a pause and you just think if I have this person for life long then I have my destination, you are ready to give what you have with in you, you just want to see them with you in every moment, you want to see them happy and then you try for it so hard, you have that respect for them and things are going well in your artificial world but suddenly rejection came and you just have nothing in your mind you just blank, You see that you dream Star dieing. And you feel that you are not willing to live anymore with this kind of feeling. Every movement you feel your thoughts are on loop. You kill your self every moment, you try to find fault in yourself, criticize yourself, and you just Don't what this moment anymore in your life. But times goes away and you feel that you harm yourself. And one day your soul cry and say why you hurt yourself so hard what to gain from this, nobody else came and save you from this situation because you choose this yourself. Let's end this thing just get up remember you want to see them happy and if they are happy without you ( my be they don't want to hurt you and they have there own dreams and goals ) then let them happy. Bless them. And take care of your soul because no matter who came and go but if you kill your self by your thoughts you just stuck in your thoughts and you don't able to see reality. What we need to be understood or to be judged
You ever wonder anyone you know personally, sometime get angry on us or they Hurt us, please don't say anything, just sit and listen, because they hurt themselves more then they hurt you, Don't interrupt them and don't get mad on them, They are also humen sometimes we don't know what going on with them and we just say something that we actually not want to say, we also don't mean that. Sometimes silently listen your friend your family or who ever, who shout on you just listen, give some time. Help each other's to grow together. Hope you try this once. Also don't take there words personally, because they really don't understand what to say, so please do it. Don't blame yourself
Don't blame yourself for everything, if something wrong happen then don't think so much negativie about it. Take rest, say something nice to yourself. I know sometimes you feels like that, it's ok to feel like that. But this problem doesn't least forever. खुद को खो दिया ?
कब तक लोगों का पीछा करोगे ?क्या कभी ऐसी गलती की है कि किसी इंसान को एकदम अपने जैसा समझ लिया ओर बस आंख बंद करके उसके लिए जो हो सके वो करने की कोशिश की हो या करने की सोच रहे हो ?यार एक बात कहूंगा बस किसीको उतना ही फॉलो करो की आप अपने आप को देख पाओ, नहीं तो कब खुद को खो दोगे पता भी नहीं चलेगा। ओर अगर खुद को खो दोगे तो ढूंडने की हिम्मत भी रखना। कोई ओर नहीं आयेगा तुम्हे कहने की तुम ठीक हो चलो मैं तुम्हारी मदत करता हूं। ये बात तुम्हे खुदको ही कहनी होगी। यार म ये नहीं कहता कि आप सबकी डिसरेस्पेक्ट करो या उन्हें अहमियत ना दो मेरा ये मतलब बिलकुल नहीं है। मैं तो बस इतना बोलूंगा की अपने आप को कभी मत खोना किसी ओर को पाने के लिए, क्या पता वो इंसान ना मिले फिर अपने आप को खोजते रेहिएगा, जसे हो वसे रहो, खुद को समझो। ©shivam31
What to do when feel guilty ?
Sometimes we did something wrong and after doing that thing we feels guilt. Isn't it ? So what we can do at that time. So basically first try to be calm. Have patience, and instead of thinking in Same pattern just shift ouer attention on present. Be aware what we doing wright now. Focus on that. And if you feel guilty it already you accept your mistake so don't give so much pain to your self. Because you have to break the guilty thinking mindset and move on. We just caught on our thoughts all the time. Just relax go for a walk. and if possible just say sorry if you say sorry and move forward, you can grow, you take a step to forgive yourselve.
