All my dreams,thoughts
And memories just faded away
Now at present I just want to breathe.

JOURNEY OF MIRAKEE
It was a beautiful accident
The turning point of my life
Life changed more colourful
And more vibrant than before
All the absurd thoughts
I inked was appreciated
From nobody to somebody
From ranting to a co-author
That was a beautiful accident
I never expected
But life is not smooth right?
And hence it changed drastically
My solace turned into pressure
The likes and comments became burden
Self realization ended with self-doubt
Jealousy leaked with my ink
Negativity added in my writings
Writing all the pure raw thoughts
Is an invitation for anthologies
Even after trying those anthology
The voidness never satisfied
The quench of writing remains
My journey of mirakee
Is a ugly truth
I never wanted to admit

All the world’s a stage
And all the men and women merely players
But all I could see were a few woman,
These women who belong to the spotlight
What about me?
I became invisible
Like the stars in the morning sky
I stood there watching the world moving
Without me – I live here
Like a ghosted soul.
I am nothing in this society
All my dreams and desires
Are sacrificed without my consent
When I try to get noticed
They judge me and compare me
From the clothes I wear
To the way I talk –everything
Was misunderstood by them
My rights were exploited
My voice was silenced
My dream were stealed
My identity was shattered
My ethics were grounded

In this world typing the letters

Fighting the struggles
To prove there are many woman

The rainbow after a rain
Or the soap bubble that float;
The movies I watched
Or the books that I read
Everything is ephimeral.
The loud crackling laugh
Or the sobbing cries I had;
The victories of pride
Or the failures that I hide
Everything is ephemeral
The ugliness of caterpillars
Or the beauty of butterfly;
The euphoria of few seconds
Or the depression of years
Everything is ephemeral.
My body and the soul
Or the achievements and the goal
Everything is ephemeral
All these vanishes into oblivion
And the oblivion is the forever
My friend!

She was different
from the rest, not as affluent.
Seen as weird, 'the girl who never fits'
for she didn't have her feets in glassy shoes.
She bothered, with need to find her place
Wanting to fit like the rest of her mates.
Until one day, looking at her shoes,
she breath satisfaction.
Her shoes weren't glassy like Cinderella's,
but in them she found her footings.
It was imperfectly perfect.
She realized she didn't need to fit into the world.
She had her place already.
As she found herself ready
to take her place, she felt giddy
with excitement of who she was.
She smiled ever so brightly.
Her smile so beautiful as the colour that fills the earth.
Her happiness as bright as the colours of the rainbow.
Her melodious spirit filled with colours so bright,
so right, as though God left a touch of them as he created the earth.
If only the world will look up from her unfitting shoes,
and see her for who she is-
A rainbowed gift to humanity
The colours of the earth.
The earth found what it lacked -
Colours of hope to those that lacked,
A child's happiness as dawn cracked...
Who would have thought those dark unfitting shoes will be a foot for colours so bright as light

When I die,
Your tears will flow
You will grieve
But I won't know
Cry with me now
Before I leave
You will send flowers,
But I won't see
Send them now
And I will be happy.
You'll say words of praise,
But I won't hear.
Praise me now
While I am near.
You'll forget my faults,
But I won't know.....
Forget them now,
Before I go.
You'll miss me then,
But I won't feel...
Miss me now, instead
Miss me for real.
You'll wish...
You could have spent
more time with me,
Spend it now
Before I flee.
When you hear I'm gone, you'll find your way to my house to pay condolence but we haven't even spoken in years..
So why not look for me now!!
'Spend time with every person around you, and help them with whatever you have to make them happy!! your families, friends, acquaintance.....
Make them feel Special. Because you never know when time will take them away from you forever''.

~Dusk~
My deepest desire
is so dark
even the light wants
to get seized
and reform itself
as the dusk,
so I walk alone
on estranged paths
to absorb my
obscure desires.

Dear Younger Me,
The day,
you fell off the swing for the first time,
and felt chagrined,
and couldn't help but stare at the stale ground
to avoid familiar eyes grin,
taught me to stand up in dusty pants
and walk down the street,
Unswayed,untouched to the rusty rants.
Your first fight
with your first friend,
those nights you spent figuring out
the trouble in your head,
questioning the immortal if it was you
who was erroneous,improper or fallacious,
helped me love and support
my immediate soul in days of unrest.
The first time you couldn't stand
on expectations put forward by others,
the first encounter with unfortune or
unstudied failure,
gifted me rationality and hope,
forced me to stand on expectations,
not of others, but of my own.
The first time you were deceived in love,
the first breakup or departure of a loved one,
that left you shattered for days,
held your head thinking and predicting,
if the zephyr of happiness would ever walk your way,
helped me realise that no one else
except me could be the harbinger of my own happiness,
or herald of my own misfortune.
I know you've cried,
and walked on wrong paths,
and made silly mistakes
but honey,
the aftermath of your story,
unfolds the fiction of my life,
where you've personified your fears,
Into my splendiferous strengths,
You've moulded your incomplete phrases,
Into poetry that my heart breathes,
but my favourite part is the oxymoron,
you penned out of us,
without which every sentence
would have been left unsaid.
-your future self.

His shoulders
were burnt and ashen
from every part of her
he had to carry
for her soul
was too heavy
for her alone
to bear
so he took it in him
to love her
reaching so deep
into her every
dark corner
and trying to shun
his light
he let her demons
fall in love
with his painted skies
just so she could
sleep.
and he loved her
in such a way
That they
started to fade.
but his colors
Started to die
for he had given
too much of his
light
and this is a
black and white world
And he had lost
his share of grey
like that she lost
yet another soul
trying to save her.He let her demons
fall in love
with his painted
skies.

Writing,
Until,
I reach,
The whole,
World,
With,
My meanings,
Until,
Everyone,
Knows,
I exist,

"But ma there are so many beautiful girls than me" said a grown-up insecure girl to her mother.
"When you were four years old, and went to school for the first time, you had your own fashion sense. You loved high pony tails and would cry if I messed it a little bit. And as you went to school, you would go dancing with your pony playing along with you. Do you remember your confidence then? When you had your first speech and feared if you could handle the mic and turn it on, your voice trembled at first but then you didn't flinch a bit and the whole assembly applauded. Do you remember your courage then? When you had chickenpox and your face was full of big scars, you told me you wanted to give exams even after being in pain. Do you remember your grit then? When you were called names, some pointed at your pimples and mocked you, some made disgusted face looking at you, some even pointed and said about how ugly you were, you never for once tried to put people down. Do you remember your kindness then? Darling I dont see scars on your face, but the freckles of beautiful strength. I see a woman in you who has lifted people up even after being crushed down by the same people. I have seen you making your tears the roadways to beautiful poetries that now resides in your heart. I have seen you being alone yet not giving up. Your skin tells me the story of a girl with a heart of an ocean. Your smile has given me hopes. And even though there will be girls more beautiful than you, some the prettiest of them all, no one can define beauty as you do. Because even though your eyes don't shine any more, I have seen your smile lighting up our dark worlds at times when you needed the lap to sleep on. And if a clear skin, perfect teeth, fine bodies define a beauty, then my girl the world needs to redefine rather than you. No kajal can make my girl's eyes more beautiful than a smile that reaches it. No lipstick can make my girl's smile more beautiful than a dimple that compliments her. But when you look down at your feet rather than eyes of another person because of how insecure you feel, remember the other person finds beauty in you that you can't see yourself. And who knows one day whose heart will find home in your face telling million stories that he never could " told the mother
