Her mother Opened the bottle of Coconut oil effortlessly and Pouring onto her palm a generous Amount of the sticky golden Oil rubbed it onto her scalp. Her mother hummed songs while she weaned The despair out her body like magic. Her hold soft , deliberate and fully alive.
Her father Held her hand. The traffic light glowed bright red. The road safe. She old enough to find this unnecessary . But he held on. As though Holding onto her hand was a habit his heart had gotten used to. His hold strong , concerned and fully alive.
Her sister Stood gaping at her. In her hand was The last piece of chocolate cake from her birthday party. They had just fought over it. They had just decided to never forgive each other over it. She had hated that she had to finally give it up being the eldest. But here her sister stood. Holding the plate in her hand. Her hold gentle , forgiving and fully alive.
Her lover Sat next to her silently. Not a word filled The space. Nothing to be declared. Her heart heavy , his heart willing to hold the heaviness . The day had been cruel. The light in her heart dimmed. The darkness overwhelming. He knew. And so he held onto her hand. His hold safe , compassionate and fully alive.
Life held her In her many many ways. So many ways that It almost seemed that the universe That held her did so because that was all It was designed to do. To hold and nurture . And maybe that is all life is. A gentle act of holding onto our bodies and minds and spirits and each other.
Until Even letting go Becomes an act of holding onto A greater hope for Our lives.

Before discussing about spreading mental awareness, we need to know what mental illness is- basically an attack in brain due to disorder or imbalance of health.
If we observe carefully in our surroundings, we get to know boys and girls especially some of them are high school students till the later part of the adolescence are going wrong way' narcotic addicts.
First of all, too much freedom welcomes danger on our way. As we know too much of anything is harmful. Likewise it is applicable in all cases. As our first teacher is our parents. Parents must keep a watchful eye upon their children, so that they need not regret later.
Most of the time, we see, children without knowing many terms they use in everyday language, for example, one such word "depression". They say without acquiring any wisdom and this is where we need to give proper guidance to them.
When they say so about depression or any other related problems regarding with this illness, instead of scolding and rude behaviour towards them, we should be polite and make them understand what is the reality of life.
If they are on the wrong way, instead of taking a impulsive decision, elder's duty is to make them understand to feel good.
There can be numerous reasons for mental illness- unemployment, pressuring for the things which actually they don't enjoy which feels to them as burden and results in battling with inner self, too much of loneliness, cyber bullying, etc.
Common signs of this illness- mood swings, bulimia nervosa, purging disorder, bruises on body, hallucinations of non existential things, highlights negative thoughts, and many others.
In the present time, many non governmental organization are working for this illness. It is curable like any other physical illness all they need a space to live without being chained, a proper therapy and a man who can control his anger infront of them.
A proper guidance with good quality of wisdom is enough to overcome this illness. Elder's should know how to engage them with verbal language and helps them to limelight the positive outcomes out of it.
No one wants to live in darkness, generally people focus on things that are lacking behind and not realising the power within itself. Each one of us is unique in different ways but they are not aware of the fact.
