I'm sitting here everyday with this heaviness in my heart that wont go away. Losing you unleashed all the pain of past loses that I harbored away for so long. I used to ask myself how many heartbreaks can one heart take? Well now I know, losing you was the final break that shattered my heart completely. No matter what I do, I just don't feel whole anymore. So much has been taken from me in life but I'd always been good at hiding and ignoring the pain; now there's just to much, to much to hide, to much to ignore. I feel the sadness of every loss slowly consume me, like the darkness consuming the night sky, Lost in the memories of everything I've lost, drowning in the thoughts of everything I still have lose; how does one get through the losses to come when your already completely broken

Watching every one around you living the life you've always dreamed of
Gets more and more heartbreaking with each passing year Knowing that the more time goes by the less likely you are to ever get what you want, Is a different kind of sadness
I wouldn't expect you to understand

I need to learn how to stop apologizing
    for saying what I feel

That's like saying sorry for being real

    Battle of heart and mind

Having the feeling something is off
Yet never knowing if It's your intuition speaking
Or the insecurities from past bullshit
    causing you to over think

    When Post Malone said,

"There's no way I can save you,
cause I need to be saved to"

    Yeah, I felt that

    Take control

So you're not where you thought you'd be in life
You've made mistakes that you regret
Your getting older and wish your life was different
    Haven't we all

Are you gonna sit there and feel bad for yourself
Be depressed and let the rest of your life pass by
lost in regret and what ifs'
Or are you gonna let go of the past
    that can't be changed
    And embrace the future
that can be whatever you make it

When you look back in ten years from now
Do you want to look at ten more years
    of regret and depression
Or ten years of progress and accomplishments

Get up off your ass, pull yourself together
take control of your life and emotions
And make the rest of your life the best life it can be

There's no chance of changing the past
But there is a chance to change your future

" How does it feel to be dying"? She asked him..
"It feels like all these beautiful pieces of life are flying around me, and im trying to catch them. When my child falls asleep in my lap, I try to catch the feeling of her breathing against me. When I make my kids laugh, I try to catch the sound of the laughter coming up from their chest. But the pieces are moving faster now and I can't catch them all, I can feel them slipping through my finger tips, and soon where there use to be my child breathing and my children laughing there will be...nothing!
I know it feels like you have all the time in the world but you don't. So stop playing it so cool!
Catch the moments of your life, catch them while your young, and quick; because sooner than you know it, you'll be old and slow and there will be no more of them to catch.

Best scene from "This is us"

A city boy and a country girl
Tryin' to make a life in this old world
We're going against the grain and against all odds
But It don't matter what they say,
    I'm gonna love you anyway
    Thier doubt can't undo
what you've gone and done to my heart

As everyone is surrounded by family on Christmas eve opening gifts and making memories, I sit here alone with the silence, wishing I had that too

    I see you

When I look at you I don't just see your looks
    I see your beautiful soul

When I listen to you talk I don't just hear your words
I hear your kind and caring heart

When I hear about your life Im not just hearing your past mistakes
Im hearing of all your accomplishments

When I look at you I see a man who is trying to right all his wrongs,

A man who's learned from his past and who is working toward a better future

I see a man who's trying his hardest to be a good dad
even when obstacles may stand in his way

A man who would protect his freinds and family
    at any cost

I see a man that looks at life with an open mind and appreciates the small things life has to offer

When I look at you I see a smile that brightens any room
But beyond that smile I see you,

    All of you, always
